Van Hoorn Carbide organized a seminar in cooperation with Widenhorn on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 February 2012.

Throughout the day the good attendance obtained lots of information regarding both companies and their products. After a guided tour through the production plant of Van Hoorn Carbide, where the end mills are manufactured, a demonstration was given in the demonstration room. First the VHVTR end mill milled stainless steel using the Edgecam Waveform strategy, afterwards the VHAD end mill milled aluminium using the same software.

The spectators where impressed and convinced about the collaboration between the software of Widenhorn and the end mills of Van Hoorn Carbide.
